Apu Apustaja , Finnish for 'Help Helper' , was born on a Finnish imageboard in 2015 as a softer, kinder cousin to Pepe. He tries his best, even when he gets it wrong, and the internet adopted him as the patron saint of well-meaning awkwardness. Where Pepe smirks, Apu just wants to help.
